Aziz S. Aghili has been an independent director of Columbus McKinnon since May 2018, chairs the Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee, and serves on the Human Capital, Compensation and Succession Committee. He brings senior leadership, corporate-governance and global manufacturing and operations experience in motion and electronic-drive products.
Mr. Aghili retired from Dana Incorporated in June 2024 as Executive Vice President and President of Dana's Commercial Vehicle Drive and Motion Systems, a role he had held since October 2023, having joined Dana in 2009 as President of Dana Europe and later Dana Asia-Pacific. Before Dana he spent a 20-year career at ArvinMeritor in worldwide leadership roles, and earlier worked at Nissan Motor Company and General Electric Plastics. He holds a mechanical engineering degree from Teesside Polytechnic University.
