Andrew Campelli has been a director of Columbus McKinnon since February 2026, one of three directors designated by the CD&R Investors under the Investment Agreement entered in connection with the Kito Crosby acquisition. He brings senior leadership, board and governance experience and extensive finance, strategy and corporate-development expertise across the industrial sector.

Mr. Campelli has been a partner at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice since July 2021, joining the firm in 2015, where he helped build its industrials investment practice.
