Alan S. Korman joined Columbus McKinnon in January 2011 as General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, was elected Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in July 2011, added Corporate Development responsibilities in 2015, served as Chief Human Resources Officer from 2019 to 2021, and was promoted to Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Development and Secretary in July 2022. He was a named executive officer for fiscal 2026.
Before joining the Company he spent more than 16 years at Ivoclar Vivadent, Inc. in several senior executive roles, including Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, and also served as President of its subsidiary Pentron Ceramics, Inc., with responsibilities spanning legal, regulatory, operational and strategic functions.
