Alan S. Korman joined Columbus McKinnon in January 2011 as General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, was elected Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in July 2011, added Corporate Development responsibilities in 2015, served as Chief Human Resources Officer from 2019 to 2021, and was promoted to Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Development and Secretary in July 2022.
