Adrienne M. Williams joined Columbus McKinnon in June 2021 as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer in 2022; she was a named executive officer for fiscal 2026.
She previously spent 15 years at Compass Group North America in roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as Vice President of Inclusion & Human Resources and earlier as Senior Director and Director of Human Resources, and before that served as Director of Human Resources at Liberty Commons for three years. Ms. Williams received her MBA from Montreat College and her bachelor's degree from Johnson C. Smith University.
