Frances L. Allen has served as an independent director of Brinker International since 2020 and sits on the Audit and Governance & Nominating Committees. She served as Chief Executive Officer of Checkers Drive-In Restaurants from February 2020 until her retirement in September 2024, was previously CEO of Boston Market and President of Jack in the Box, and brings more than 10 years of public-company board experience and 17 years in the restaurant industry.

Cynthia L. Davis has served as an independent director of Brinker International since 2019 and sits on the Talent & Compensation and Governance & Nominating Committees. A former Nike executive who served as Vice President of Nike, Inc. and President of Nike Golf, she is Board Chair of Deckers Outdoor Corporation and previously served on the boards of Kennametal and Buffalo Wild Wings.

Joseph M. DePinto has served as a director of Brinker International since 2010 and as Chairman of the Board since November 2013. He is Chief Executive Officer of 7-Eleven, Inc., a role he has held since December 2005, and previously served as President of GameStop Corporation; he is a United States Army veteran and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Harriet Edelman has served as an independent director of Brinker International since 2008 and sits on the Audit and Talent & Compensation Committees. She is Vice Chairman of Emigrant Bank, a role held since November 2010, spent a 25-year career at Avon Products including as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, and currently serves on the board of Assurant, Inc.

William T. Giles has served as an independent director of Brinker International since 2013 and sits on the Audit and Talent & Compensation Committees. He was Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of AutoZone, Inc. from 2007 until his retirement in December 2020, and currently serves on the boards of Floor & Decor Holdings and Constellation Brands.

Kevin D. Hochman is Chief Executive Officer and President of Brinker International and President of Chili's Grill & Bar, positions he has held since June 2022, and has served as interim President of Maggiano's Little Italy since August 2025; he has also served as a director since 2022. He previously served as President and Chief Concept Officer of KFC U.S. at Yum! Brands and spent 18 years at Procter & Gamble, and under his leadership Brinker's market capitalization grew from roughly $1.3 billion to over $6 billion.

Ramona T. Hood has served as an independent director of Brinker International since 2022 and sits on the Audit and Talent & Compensation Committees. She was President and CEO of FedEx Custom Critical from January 2020 through July 2024, having joined FedEx in 1991, and serves as a Class C Director for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.

Timothy A. Johnson was appointed to the Brinker International Board of Directors on February 12, 2025 and serves on the Audit Committee. He was Chief Financial and Chief Administrative Officer of Victoria's Secret & Co. from June 2021 until his retirement in May 2025, previously held executive financial roles at Big Lots, and currently serves on the boards of Dollar Tree, LogicSource and Fusion Group.

James C. Katzman has served as an independent director of Brinker International since 2018 and sits on the Audit and Governance & Nominating Committees. He is Senior Vice President, Corporate Development for GE Aerospace, a role held since October 2021, and is a retired Partner of Goldman Sachs where he served from 2004 to 2015.

Frank D. Liberio has served as an independent director of Brinker International since 2024 and sits on the Audit and Governance & Nominating Committees. He was Executive Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer of Restaurant Brands International from November 2019 to March 2023 and previously served as Senior Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer of McDonald's Corporation.

Michaela M. Ware is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Brinker International, appointed to the role in June 2024 after serving as Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations from October 2017. A Brinker team member since 1988, she previously led Chili's Grill & Bar finance and is a member of the Women's Foodservice Forum.

Aaron M. White is Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer of Brinker International, appointed to the expanded role in May 2025 after serving as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer from October 2022. A Brinker team member since 1996, she was named to the 2025 Nation's Restaurant News Power List: Women in Foodservice.

George S. Felix is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Brinker International, appointed in July 2022. He previously served as Chief Marketing Officer of Tinder and of Pizza Hut U.S., and was named Ad Age's CMO of the Year at the 2025 Creativity Awards.

Douglas N. Comings is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Chili's Grill & Bar, a role he has held since October 2022. A Brinker team member since 1994, he has held operations leadership roles across Chili's including Co-Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Domestic Franchise Operations.
