Aaron M. White

Aaron White is Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer of Brinker International. She began her Brinker career as a Chili's server and bartender and most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer before taking on the expanded operations-and-people role.

In her current role she oversees both Operations strategy and PeopleWorks across the Restaurant Support Center, Chili's and Maggiano's, with a leadership team focused on operational improvements to enhance the Team Member and guest experience, including recruitment, retention, talent selection, and learning and development.
