Joe Jordan has served on Boston Beer's board since 2024 and chairs its Compensation Committee while also serving on the Audit Committee. He retired in 2023 as Chief Product Supply Officer of Procter & Gamble after more than three decades there, and currently serves on the board of GXO Logistics, Inc.

Jim Koch founded The Boston Beer Company in 1984 and serves as its Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer; he reassumed the President and CEO roles in August 2025, having previously led the company as CEO from its founding until 2001. Tara Heath serves as Boston Beer's Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel and was a named executive officer for fiscal 2025. She leads the company's legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions.

Matt Murphy has been Boston Beer's Chief Accounting Officer since 2015 and Vice President of Finance since 2023, and previously served as the company's Corporate Controller from 2006 to 2015 and as Interim CFO and Treasurer in 2023. In August 2026 the board appointed him interim Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, effective September 15, 2026, until a permanent successor to Diego Reynoso is named.

Laura Boynton was appointed Chief People Officer in October 2025, succeeding Carolyn L. O'Boyle. She has held numerous human-resources roles at Boston Beer since 2001, most recently Senior Director of HR Business Partners, and now leads the company's people and culture initiatives.

Phil Savastano was promoted to Chief Supply Chain Officer in October 2025, succeeding Phil Hodges when Hodges became Chief Operating Officer. He joined Boston Beer in March 2024 to lead operations at the Samuel Adams Pennsylvania Brewery and now oversees brewery management, procurement, customer service, engineering, safety, quality, and planning.

Michael Spillane served as Boston Beer's President and Chief Executive Officer from March 2024 until August 15, 2025, when he stepped down for personal reasons and founder Jim Koch reassumed the role; he remained in an advisory capacity through March 2026. A director since 2016, he retired from the board following the May 27, 2026 Annual Meeting, and qualified as a named executive officer for fiscal 2025.
