Diego Reynoso has served as Boston Beer's Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer since 2023 and was a named executive officer for fiscal 2025. In August 2026 he informed the company he would step down; he agreed to remain through September 30, 2026 to support an orderly transition while the board searches for a permanent successor.
