Julio Nemeth joined Boston Beer's board in January 2020 and has served as Lead Director since May 2024, sitting on the Compensation and Nominating/Governance Committees. He retired in 2023 as Chief Product Supply Officer of Procter & Gamble after more than three decades there, and currently serves on the board of GXO Logistics, Inc.
