David A. Zapico is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AMETEK, having served in the combined Chairman and CEO role since 2017. He brings to the Board extensive knowledge of the company and the markets in which it operates through his 36 years of experience in the industry and with AMETEK. He is the only AMETEK director who is not independent.

Thomas A. Amato is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MW Components, an engineered components manufacturer serving the aerospace, oil & gas, transportation, and industrial markets. He previously was President and Chief Executive Officer of the publicly traded TriMas Corporation from July 2016 through June 2025, and before that was Chief Executive Officer and President of Metaldyne, LLC and Co-President of Metaldyne Performance Group Inc. He brings more than 25 years of broad industrial, aerospace, and international experience, and serves on AMETEK's Compensation Committee.

Anthony J. Conti is retired from his position as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has served as AMETEK's Lead Independent Director since 2017 and is Chair of the Audit Committee, also serving on the Compensation and Corporate Governance/Nominating Committees. He brings expertise in financial accounting, finance, strategy, risk management and human resources management from more than 35 years of experience at a public accounting firm, and is designated an audit committee financial expert.

Gretchen W. McClain is a Strategic Advisor of J.M. Huber Corporation, a private company managing a portfolio of industrial products and engineered material solutions businesses, and was its President & CEO from April 2022 to December 2025. She was previously an Operating Executive of The Carlyle Group from July 2019 to April 2022. She brings extensive business, strategic and technical experience from more than 25 years across multiple industries, including as CEO of a publicly traded industrial company, and currently serves on the board of Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation. She chairs AMETEK's Corporate Governance/Nominating Committee.

Tod E. Carpenter has been Executive Chairman of Donaldson Company, Inc. since March 2026, and previously was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Donaldson Company, Inc., a global leader in technology-led filtration products and solutions, from 2015 to March 2026. He brings a wealth of general management and global leadership experience and currently serves on the board of Donaldson Company, Inc. He serves on AMETEK's Compensation Committee.

Karleen M. Oberton is the Chief Financial Officer of Hologic, Inc., a global medical technology company. She brings deep financial advisory, audit and SEC reporting experience as well as extensive global leadership experience at a public company, and is designated an audit committee financial expert. She serves on AMETEK's Audit Committee and will become its Chair as of May 6, 2026.

Dean Seavers was President of National Grid US and Executive Director of National Grid plc, a multinational electric and gas utility, from December 2015 to January 2020. He brings a broad background in business transformation, sustainability and safety. He currently serves on the boards of CenterPoint Energy and Vine Hill Capital Investment Corp., and serves on AMETEK's Audit and Corporate Governance/Nominating Committees.

Suzanne L. Stefany is a Senior Advisor at PJT Partners, a global advisory-focused investment bank. She brings deep investment advisory, capital markets and strategy development experience, and is designated an audit committee financial expert. She currently serves on the board of Watts Water Technologies Inc. and is a member of AMETEK's Audit, Compensation and Corporate Governance/Nominating Committees.

Nick L. Stanage was appointed to AMETEK's Board of Directors effective May 7, 2026 as an independent Class III Director.

Dalip M. Puri was elected Executive Vice President–Chief Financial Officer effective April 2, 2024. He served as Senior Vice President since September 2023, after being named Vice President, Operational Finance in July 2023, and was Vice President and Group Controller from October 2021. He has 8 years of service with AMETEK.

Ronald J. Oscher was elected Chief Administrative Officer effective May 5, 2016. He has 16 years of service with AMETEK.

Emanuela Speranza was elected Chief Commercial Officer effective January 1, 2022. She previously served as Vice President and General Manager, International from January 2020 to December 2021. She has 12 years of service with AMETEK.

Robert Amodei was elected Senior Vice President, Controller effective January 1, 2026. He served as Vice President, Assistant Controller from April 2025 to January 2026, Vice President, Group Controller, Electromechanical Group from July 2023 to April 2025, Vice President – Operational Finance and Accounting from October 2021 to July 2023, and Vice President, Audit Services from July 2014 to October 2021. He has 36 years of service with AMETEK.
