Agilysys Inc Leadership

Donald Colvin has served on the Agilysys board since 2015 and chairs the Audit Committee. He is a veteran technology-sector CFO who previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Caesars Entertainment Corporation and as Executive Vice President and CFO of ON Semiconductor Corp., and currently sits on the boards of Comstock Inc. and Viavi Solutions Inc.

Dana Jones has served on the Agilysys board since 2019 and chairs the Compensation Committee. She is an accomplished enterprise-software executive who most recently was Chief Executive Officer and President of RealPage, Inc., and previously led Sparta Systems and Active Network as CEO.

Jerry Jones has served on the Agilysys board since 2012. He is Executive Vice President and Chief Ethics and Legal Officer of LiveRamp Holdings, Inc., overseeing its legal, privacy, and security teams, and previously held the same role at Acxiom for nearly two decades.

Michael A. Kaufman is Chairman of the Agilysys board, on which he has served since 2014. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of MAK Capital, a New York-based investment advisory firm and a significant Agilysys stockholder, and serves on several other company boards including Yatra Online, Inc.

Melvin Keating has served on the Agilysys board since 2015. He has been an investment and strategy consultant to public and private companies and private equity firms since 2008, and currently serves as director and Chairman of the Board of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.

Lisa Pope joined the Agilysys board in 2024 and serves on the Audit Committee. She has over 30 years in the software industry and most recently served as President of Epicor, following senior leadership roles at Infor, QAD and Oracle.

Ramesh Srinivasan has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Agilysys and a director since January 2017. He brings three decades of enterprise-software leadership, having previously served as CEO of Ooyala and Innotrac Corp. and as President and CEO of Bally Technologies Inc.

William David "Dave" Wood III has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Agilysys since June 2020. He joined the company in 2017 and previously served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Investor Relations and Vice President of Finance.

Kyle Badger has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Agilysys since October 2011. In that role he leads the company's legal and corporate governance functions.

Joe Youssef joined Agilysys in August 2024 and serves as Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Vice President of Sales for the Americas and EMEA. He previously spent about a decade at Amadeus, most recently as Executive Vice President - Commercial.

Chris Robertson has served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Treasurer of Agilysys since June 2019, having first joined as Corporate Controller and Treasurer in June 2017. He oversees the company's accounting, controllership and treasury functions.

Sethuram Shivashankar has served as Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer of Agilysys since July 2023, after joining the company in 2022. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Gaming Systems at Scientific Games.
