Ramesh Srinivasan has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Agilysys, and a member of its board of directors, since January 2017. He brings three decades of enterprise-software development, execution, leadership and strategy experience, with a track record of scaling high-growth technology companies profitably.
In June 2026 Agilysys entered into a new three-year employment agreement with Mr. Srinivasan that continues his $600,000 base salary and a stock-settled annual bonus targeted at his base salary (capped at 150%), and granted him 78,269 restricted stock units valued at $6.8 million, split evenly between time-vesting and performance-vesting awards.
He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and a degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi.
