John Mutch has served as an independent director of Agilysys since 2009. He is the founder and managing partner of MV Advisors LLC, a strategic block investment firm that provides investment and strategic guidance to small- and mid-cap technology companies, and is a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
He holds a B.S. in Economics from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and co-authored the book 'Preventing Good People from Doing Bad Things: Implementing Least Privilege.'
