AgEagle Aerial Systems Inc. Leadership

William ("Bill") Irby has served as AgEagle's Chief Executive Officer and as a director since April 15, 2024, having joined as President in February 2024. He brings a long career across defense and unmanned-systems organizations, including President of MTI Motion, Chief Operating Officer of Martin UAV (where he assisted in its acquisition by Shield AI), President of the Reconnaissance Mission Systems sector of L3Harris Technologies, and leadership of Textron Systems' Unmanned Systems business.

Grant Begley has served on AgEagle's Board since June 2016 and as Chairman since October 2023, and served as interim Chief Executive Officer from January 2024 through April 2024. He is President of Concepts to Capabilities Consulting LLC, advising global aerospace executives, and previously held defense-industry leadership roles at Raytheon and Lockheed Martin and served as Pentagon Senior Advisor for Unmanned Systems.

Brent Klavon has more than three decades of aviation and strategic-leadership experience and joined AgEagle's Board in November 2024. A retired U.S. Navy pilot who was instrumental in the launch of the Navy's MQ-4C Triton program, he served as Vice President of Operations and later Chief Strategy Officer at ANRA Technologies.

Kevin Lowdermilk has over 30 years of executive-leadership experience and joined AgEagle's Board in October 2024, where he chairs the Audit Committee and is designated the audit committee financial expert. He currently serves as CEO and CFO of Vaya Space and previously led ISO Group and Exostar in the aerospace and defense sector.

L.B. Day joined AgEagle's Board in November 2024 and recently retired as president of L.B. Day & Company, a strategic-planning and executive-development consultancy he co-founded in 1977. He served for 27 years on the board of Microchip Technology (NASDAQ: MCHP) and has consulted at the senior-executive level with organizations including Intel, Applied Materials, Raytheon and Western Digital.

Alison Burgett has served as AgEagle's Chief Financial Officer since April 14, 2025, having joined as Controller in April 2024. She brings over 20 years of accounting and financial-management experience, including prior finance-leadership roles at Centene Corporation, Republic Services and Providence Service Corporation.

Brent Pope has served as AgEagle's Chief Operating Officer since November 14, 2024, having joined as Executive Vice President of Operations in January 2024. He brings nearly 30 years of international manufacturing, sales and engineering leadership across the automotive, defense and transportation sectors, most recently as Vice President and General Manager of the Rockwell American division of DexKo Global.
