L.B. Day has served as an AgEagle director since November 2024 and recently retired as president of L.B. Day & Company, whose parent company he co-founded in 1977. He is well known for his work in strategic planning and executive-team development and has consulted at the senior-executive level with organizations including Intel, Applied Materials, IBM, Raytheon, Western Digital and Xerox.

Mr. Day earned his Master of Business Administration from George Washington University, where he was a Scottish Rite Fellow, and previously held adjunct-professor positions at the Oregon Graduate Institute of Science and Technology and the Willamette University Graduate School of Administration.
