Alison Burgett has served as AgEagle's Chief Financial Officer since April 14, 2025. Since April 2024 she served as Controller of the Company, responsible for financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting and compliance with SEC requirements and U.S. GAAP.
Ms. Burgett brings over 20 years of accounting and financial-management experience, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis, audit readiness and operational accounting. She earned her undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and her Master of Business Administration from Boise State University.
