Nicolas Finazzo is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AerSale, which he co-founded with Robert Nichols in 2008, and has served on the Board since the company's December 2020 public-market debut. He held the Chairman and CEO roles from inception until January 2019 and again since December 2019, and has also served as Division President, TechOps since December 2019. Before AerSale he co-founded and led AeroTurbine, Inc. (1997-2008), a supplier of aircraft and engine products and MRO provider, and earlier held general counsel and executive roles at AeroThrust, International Air Leases and Greenwich Air Services and founded commuter carrier Southern Express Airways. He brings more than 40 years in the aviation sector and holds a B.S. from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, with an FAA Airframe and Powerplant license.

Robert B. Nichols co-founded AerSale Corp. with Mr. Finazzo in 2008 and has served on the Board since December 2020. He served as Vice Chairman from January 2019 and as Division President, Asset Management Solutions from December 2019 until his retirement on December 31, 2023, and was previously a Principal (2017-2019) and Chief Operating Officer (2008-2017) of the company. Prior to AerSale he was Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of AeroTurbine, Inc. and held engine sales and leasing roles at AeroThrust and Greenwich Air Services. He graduated from the University of Texas with a B.S. in business administration and accounting.

Lt. General (Ret.) Judith A. Fedder has served on AerSale's Board since July 2022 and chairs the Compensation Committee. She retired after nearly 35 years of active-duty U.S. Air Force service, last serving as Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, Installations and Mission Support at Headquarters U.S. Air Force, and previously commanded the 76th Maintenance Wing aircraft depot at Tinker AFB. After her military career she was a Senior Director at The Boeing Company for Global Sales and Marketing, Integrated Logistics within Boeing Defense, and is currently a Senior Advisor at the Boston Consulting Group. She holds a B.S. from Michigan State University and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology and brings over 35 years of leadership in aeronautical government and defense contracting and logistics.

Andrew Levy has served on AerSale's Board since April 2023, including a period as chair of the Audit Committee, and is the Board's lead independent director. He is the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Avelo Airlines, which he launched in 2021, and previously co-founded Allegiant Travel Company (Nasdaq: ALGT), serving as President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and director from 2001 to 2014, and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of United Airlines from August 2016 to May 2018. He has been a director of Copa Holdings, S.A. (NYSE: CPA) since January 2016. He earned a B.A. in economics from Washington University in St. Louis and a J.D. from Emory University and brings more than three decades of aviation-industry experience.

Thomas Mullins was appointed to the AerSale Board in February 2025 and chairs the Audit Committee. He is an independent investor with multiple private-equity investments in the airline and aviation-services sector, and from 1990 until his retirement in June 2022 was an investment banker at Raymond James Financial, where in 2000 he founded the firm's aviation-sector investment banking practice. His transaction work spanned IPOs and other public offerings, private equity and debt raises, and M&A advisory for airlines and aviation-services clients. He holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Carol DiBattiste was appointed to the AerSale Board in April 2025 and chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee. She most recently served as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary at QOMPLX (2021-2022) and previously held senior legal and compliance roles at Comscore, Education Management Corporation, GeekNet, Reed Elsevier/LexisNexis and ChoicePoint. Her extensive U.S. government service includes Honorable Under Secretary of the U.S. Air Force, Deputy Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration and Deputy U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida. She holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, a J.D. from Temple University and a B.A. from LaSalle University and has served on the boards of AEye and Climb Global Solutions.

Thomas Mitchell was appointed to the AerSale Board in April 2025 and serves on the Nominating and Governance Committee. He was Chief Procurement Officer of Akumin from February 2024 to February 2025 and President of iAero Thrust, an aftermarket parts and engine-maintenance provider, from February 2020 to January 2023. Earlier he held numerous supply-chain and procurement leadership roles at GE Healthcare and other GE entities, including Chief Procurement Officer and Vice President of Global Supply Chain. He holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina and a B.S. in manufacturing engineering from Boston University and brings expertise in global supply-chain management, manufacturing and aviation.

Martin Garmendia has served as AerSale's Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since 2018, overseeing financial reporting, accounting, treasury, tax and investor relations. He joined the company in 2015 as Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller, and before AerSale held roles at NextEra Energy including Senior Director of Corporate Accounting for Florida Power & Light and Controller for the NextEra Energy Partners IPO. Earlier in his career he held finance roles at Bacardi U.S.A. and began in the assurance and advisory practice at Deloitte & Touche LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.

Gary Jones was promoted to Chief Operating Officer on March 27, 2023 and also serves as Head of Material Sales, a role he has held since 2019. From 1999 to 2019 he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Qwest Air Parts, a supplier and distributor of commercial aviation parts that AerSale Corp. acquired in 2019, and from 1983 to 1998 he was Vice President of Acquisitions for GE Capital Aviation Services. He brings decades of entrepreneurial experience across aircraft teardown, parts distribution and material sales.

Craig Wright has served as Senior Vice President and Head of Asset Management (formerly Division President, Aircraft & Engine Management) since December 2019, having previously been President of AerSale Corp. (2019), Chief Commercial Officer (2017-2019) and Senior Vice President of Aircraft Leasing (2010-2017). Before joining AerSale he was Vice President of Fleet at Macquarie AirFinance and Director of Corporate Finance at GATX Capital Corp., and earlier a consulting engineer at Lin & Associates. He brings over 20 years of experience in technical data, financial analysis and commercial aircraft leasing and portfolio management.

Ben Tschirhart has served as Senior Vice President and Head of Engineered Solutions (formerly President, Engineered Solutions) since August 2023. From 2017 to 2023 he held various director-level roles in the Engineering Solutions business unit of Aviation Technical Services, focused on Supplemental Type Certificate and Parts Manufacturer Approval development, ending as Vice President, Engineering Solutions, and earlier held program-management roles at Greenpoint Technologies and B/E Aerospace - Flight Structures. He brings more than 20 years in aerospace program management and product development, including passenger-to-freighter conversions and interior reconfiguration programs.

Paul Hechenberger has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of AerSale since August 2025. Before joining the company he was a partner at the law firm Shutts & Bowen in Miami and previously served as General Counsel of iAero Group, Deputy General Counsel of Spirit AeroSystems, and General Counsel and Chief M&A Counsel of BBA Aviation, advising on M&A, commercial and government contracting, compliance and governance. He served in the U.S. Navy as an EA-6B Naval Flight Officer, retiring as a Captain with 30 combined years of active and reserve service, and holds a J.D. from the University of Florida, an MBA from the University of West Florida and a BSBA from Villanova University.

Enrique Pizzi has served as Chief Information Officer of AerSale since January 2019, having previously held the role from 2016 to 2017, and brings expertise in information technology, cybersecurity, product development and operations. From 2017 to 2019 he was Chief Technology Officer of ILUMNO, leading technology solutions across higher-education institutions in Latin America, and from 1997 to 2016 he held IT and executive roles at TradeStation Group, a subsidiary of Monex Group, including Information Technology Manager, Director, Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He began his information-technology career in 1990 at IVAX Corporation.
