Aecom Leadership

Douglas W. Stotlar has served as an AECOM director since 2014 and is the Board's Lead Independent Director, serving on the Audit and the Nominating and Governance Committees. He was President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Con-way Inc. from 2005 to 2015, having earlier led Con-way Transportation Services. He is Chairman of the Board of Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. (since 2016) and previously served on the board of LSC Communications, Inc. (2016-2021). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from The Ohio State University.

Bradley W. Buss has served as an AECOM director since 2020, chairing the Nominating and Governance Committee and serving on the Compensation and Organization Committee. He was Chief Financial Officer of SolarCity Corporation (2014-2016) and of Cypress Semiconductor Corporation (2005-2014). He currently serves on the public-company boards of QuantumScape Corporation (since 2020) and Marvell Technology, Inc. (since 2018), and previously served on the boards of TuSimple (2020-2022) and Advance Auto Parts, Inc. (2016-2021). He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from McMaster University and a business administration degree in finance and accounting from the University of Windsor.

Derek J. Kerr has served as an AECOM director since 2023 and sits on the Audit and the Compensation and Organization Committees. He held several leadership roles at American Airlines Group, most recently as Vice Chair of American Airlines (2022-2023) and President of American Eagle (2022-2023), and served as Chief Financial Officer of American Airlines (2013-2022), US Airways (2005-2013) and America West (2002-2005). He currently serves on the boards of StandardAero (since 2025) and Comerica Bank (since 2023). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA, both from the University of Michigan.

Kristy Pipes has served as an AECOM director since 2022 and chairs the Audit Committee. She held several senior leadership positions during her career, most recently as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Deloitte Consulting (2015-2019), following various leadership roles there from 1999. She currently serves on the public-company boards of EXLService (since 2021), Savers Value Village (since 2021) and Public Storage (since 2020), and previously PS Business Parks (2019-2022). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics and an MBA, both from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Daniel R. Tishman has served as an AECOM director since 2010 and chairs the Compensation and Organization Committee. He is Chairman and Executive Vice President of Tishman Holdings Corporation (since 1997) and was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tishman Construction Corporation (1991-2010), which AECOM acquired in 2010; he then served as an AECOM Vice-Chairman until March 2018. He brings management and operational experience on large-scale developments such as the rebuilding of the World Trade Center site. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Planning from Evergreen State College and a Master of Science in Environmental Studies from Lesley College.

Sander van 't Noordende has served as an AECOM director since 2021 and serves on the Compensation and Organization and the Nominating and Governance Committees. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Randstad, the global talent company, since 2022, after joining its Executive Board in early 2022. He previously spent his career at Accenture, serving 13 years on its global management committee, including as Group Chief Executive of the Products Operating Group (2013-2020). He holds a master's degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in finance and marketing, from Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands.

General Janet C. Wolfenbarger (U.S. Air Force, Retired) has served as an AECOM director since 2015 and sits on the Audit and the Nominating and Governance Committees. She had a distinguished military career as the Air Force's first female four-star general, serving as Commander of Air Force Materiel Command at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (2012-2015) and as Military Deputy to the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition. She serves on the boards of FIRST (since 2022) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Corporation (since 2020), and previously served on the board of KPMG LLP (2018-2023). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Sciences from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a Master of Science in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT, and a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from National Defense University.

Troy Rudd has served as AECOM's Chief Executive Officer since August 2020 and as Chairman of the Board; he first joined the Board as a director in 2020. He has led AECOM's transformation into a leading professional services organization through its Think and Act Globally strategy, sharpening the focus on winning and delivering the industry's most complex programs while growing advisory and program management services. Mr. Rudd previously served as AECOM's Chief Financial Officer (2015-2020) and held a series of operational and financial leadership roles after joining the company in 2009, and before that spent 10 years as a partner at KPMG LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University.

Lara Poloni has served as AECOM's President since 2020. Over a career spanning more than 30 years she has worked predominantly in the planning, assessment and development of major infrastructure projects for public and private sector clients. She previously served as Chief Executive of AECOM's Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) operations from 2017 to 2020 and as Chief Executive of the Australia New Zealand business from 2014 to 2017. She is a member of the World Economic Forum's Global Future Council on Infrastructure, a previous board member of Infrastructure Partnerships Australia and an Honorary Fellow of Monash University.

Gaurav Kapoor was appointed AECOM's Chief Financial & Operations Officer in November 2023, having previously served as Chief Financial Officer since August 2020. He has held extensive financial leadership roles at AECOM, including Chief Accounting Officer and Global Controller from December 2016 and Treasurer from October 2019, as well as Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis and Senior Vice President, Project Delivery, Americas Design Consulting Services. Before joining AECOM in May 2015, Mr. Kapoor spent 15 years at Ernst & Young LLP, where he was an audit partner. He also serves on the board of directors of Comfort Systems USA, Inc. (NYSE: FIX).

David Gan was appointed AECOM's Chief Legal Officer in November 2019 and is responsible for all aspects of the global legal function, including risk management, corporate governance, ethics and compliance, global quality and safety, M&A and other transactional matters, litigation and SEC reporting. He previously served in legal leadership roles at AECOM, most recently as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel from October 2014 to November 2019, and as General Counsel, AECOM Capital from January 2018 to November 2019. Before joining AECOM in 2006, he was a corporate and securities lawyer at Mayer Brown LLP and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C.
