Troy Rudd has served as AECOM's Chief Executive Officer since August 2020 and as Chairman of the Board; he first joined the Board as a director in 2020. He has led AECOM's transformation into a leading professional services organization through its Think and Act Globally strategy, sharpening the focus on winning and delivering the industry's most complex programs while growing advisory and program management services. Mr. Rudd previously served as AECOM's Chief Financial Officer (2015-2020) and held a series of operational and financial leadership roles after joining the company in 2009, and before that spent 10 years as a partner at KPMG LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
