Kurt J. Lauk, PhD is the co-founder and President of Globe CP GmbH, a private investment firm established in 2000. He served as a Member of European Parliament (2004-2009) and has extensive European automotive industry experience, including as Member of the Board of Management and Head of World Wide Commercial Vehicles Division of DaimlerChrysler (1996-1999) and as Deputy CEO and CFO of Audi AG (1989-1992).

Joseph Brancato serves as a director of ADSE Holdco. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors for Gensler, a global design and architecture firm, and Managing Principal for Gensler's Northeast and Latin America regions. He is a registered architect in 23 U.S. states and three Canadian provinces and holds bachelor's degrees in architecture and urban studies from the University of Maryland.

Andreas Fabritius, PhD serves as a director of ADSE Holdco. He has been a Partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, a leading global law firm, for more than 30 years, specializing in public and private M&A and general corporate law. He also serves as British Honorary Consul in Frankfurt am Main.

Alwin Epple serves as a director of ADSE Holdco. He is Chairman of the Advisory Board for AMANN & Soehne GmbH & Co.KG and a member of the Board of Management of the Hanns A. Pielenz-Stiftung since 2016. From 2016 through 2023 he served as Chief Audit Executive of Mercedes-Benz Group AG (Daimler AG).

Sonja Harms, PhD serves as a director of ADSE Holdco. She is co-founder and managing partner of GREEN MINE GmbH Wirtschaftspruefungsgesellschaft, which specializes in financial and sustainability reporting. She is a German Certified Auditor and holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Muenster.

Thomas Gerhart Speidel serves as Chief Executive Officer of ADSE and a director of ADSE Holdco. He founded ADSE GM in 2017 and serves as its chief executive officer, having previously led ads-tec, founded by his father Hans-Herman Speidel. He has served as president of the German Energy Storage Systems Association since 2016 and holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Stuttgart.

Torsten Klee has served as Chief Financial Officer of ADSE since October 2025. Prior to joining ADSE he was business unit CFO of Aquila Clean Energy GmbH (2022-2024) and has held finance leadership roles at Enercon, Janoschka AG and Nordeon Group. He earned an Executive MBA from Henley Management College and a Diplom Kaufmann from Universitaet der Bundeswehr, Munich.

Christoph Fehrenbacher has worked for ads-tec Energy GmbH since January 2025 as Chief Technology Officer and was confirmed in the role as an officer in January 2026. He previously spent a decade at A123 Systems GmbH in R&D management roles and was Vice President Key Technologies, Corporate R&D at ZF Friedrichshafen AG. He holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Stuttgart.

Michael Rudloff has served as Chief Operations Officer of ADSE since October 2023, having joined as Senior Vice President in May 2023. He previously served as Chief Restructuring Officer and later CEO of Dauphin Office Interior GmbH & Co.KG and as CEO of Willy Sauter GmbH & Co.KG. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.

Sebastian Schypulla has served as Chief Purchase and Logistics Officer since May 2022. He spent more than ten years at Porsche AG in procurement, most recently as Manager General Procurement in the Operating Material & Charging Infrastructure division. He holds a diploma in Business Administration from the Technical University of Dresden.
