Torsten Klee has served as the Chief Financial Officer of ADSE since October 2025. He is engaged through a consulting agreement with Signium International Interim Management GmbH and does not receive direct compensation from the Company other than reimbursement of travel expenses.
Prior to joining ADSE, he served as business unit CFO of Aquila Clean Energy GmbH (2022-2024), working capital manager of UEE Holding SE & Co. KG (Enercon) (2021-2022), group CFO of Janoschka AG (2020-2021) and a consultant to the board of Nordeon Group (2019-2020). He has served as managing director of TKM Services GmbH since 2015. He holds an Executive MBA from Henley Management College and a Diplom Kaufmann from Universitaet der Bundeswehr, Munich.
