Joseph Brancato serves as a director of ADSE Holdco. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Gensler, a global design and architecture firm, and is Managing Principal for Gensler's Northeast and Latin America regions.
He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects, the Urban Land Institute, the Urban Design Forum and CoreNet Global, and serves on the board of the New York Chapter of NAIOP. He is a registered architect in 23 U.S. states and three Canadian provinces and holds bachelor's degrees in architecture and urban studies from the University of Maryland.
