Chen Schor has served as Adicet Bio's President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the board since the September 2020 merger of resTORbio and Former Adicet, which he helped lead. He previously co-founded resTORbio in 2016 as its director, President and CEO, and earlier served as President, CEO and director of Synta Pharmaceuticals. He holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and B.A. degrees in Economics/Accounting and in Biology.

Katie Peng has served on Adicet Bio's board since July 2023 and is Chief Commercial Officer of Denali Therapeutics. She previously led Genentech's Ophthalmology, Metabolism, Neurosciences and Immunology business unit and held senior leadership roles across Roche in the Asia Pacific region. She holds a B.A. from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.

Jeffrey Chodakewitz, M.D., has served on Adicet Bio's board since the 2020 merger and previously sat on the resTORbio board. A veteran drug developer, he was Executive Vice President of Clinical Medicine and External Innovation and earlier Chief Medical Officer at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, following more than two decades at Merck & Co. He holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and an M.D. from Yale.

Steve Dubin, J.D., has served on Adicet Bio's board since the 2020 merger and chairs the Audit Committee. He is a Principal of SDA Ventures and was formerly CEO of Martek Biosciences, which he led through its 2011 acquisition by Royal DSM. A certified public accountant and member of the Maryland Bar, he holds a bachelor's in accounting from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from George Washington University.

Michael Grissinger joined Adicet Bio's board in April 2025. He spent 22 years at Johnson & Johnson in senior roles including Vice President and Head of Worldwide Pharmaceutical Licensing and of Worldwide Pharmaceutical Corporate Development and M&A, and earlier spent 12 years at Ciba-Geigy. He holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Juniata College and an MBA from Temple University's Fox School of Business.

Lloyd Klickstein, M.D., Ph.D., has served on Adicet Bio's board since August 2024, having previously been the company's Chief Innovation Officer and, before that, Chief Scientific Officer of resTORbio. He is president and CEO of Koslapp Therapeutics and was founding CEO of Versanis Bio. He earned his M.D. and Ph.D. from Harvard University and his B.S. from Tufts University.

Andrew Sinclair, Ph.D., has served on Adicet Bio's board since March 2021 and is a partner at the life-sciences investment firm Abingworth. He was previously a senior equity analyst and director at HSBC Global Markets and held biotech analyst roles at Credit Suisse and SG Cowen. He holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology from King's College London and a Ph.D., and qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG.

Blake Aftab, Ph.D., has served as Adicet Bio's Chief Scientific Officer since October 2021, after joining in April 2021 as Vice President of Research and Development. He previously spent six years at Atara Biotherapeutics, most recently as Vice President and Head of Preclinical and Translational Sciences. He holds a Ph.D. from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and a B.S. in Pharmacology from the University of California.

Nick Harvey has served as Adicet Bio's Chief Financial Officer since the September 2020 merger. He was previously CFO of Centrexion Therapeutics and, for over a decade, CFO of Radius Health, which he helped take public in 2014. He holds economics and law degrees from the Australian National University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Donald Healey, Ph.D., has served as Adicet Bio's Chief Technology Officer since October 2020. He was previously Senior Vice President of Operations and Site Head at KBI Biopharma and Chief Scientific Officer at Opexa Therapeutics, with earlier roles at Argos Therapeutics and ML Laboratories. He holds a Ph.D. in Cellular Immunology from the University of London and a B.Sc. from Bristol University.

Julia Maltzman, M.D., has served as Adicet Bio's Chief Medical Officer since January 2025. She was previously Chief Medical Officer of IconOVir Bio and held oncology leadership roles at Roche/Genentech, including VP and Global Head of GI Cancers and Cancer Immunotherapy. She received her M.D. from the University of Colorado and completed a hematology/oncology fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania.
