Before Adicet he worked at Atara Biotherapeutics, where he was Vice President and Head of Preclinical and Translational Sciences and held other leadership roles, responsible for research strategy and the execution of preclinical science and translational medicine. Earlier he held roles of increasing responsibility at the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine. He received his Ph.D. from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and holds a B.S. in Pharmacology from the University of California.
