Steve Dubin, J.D., has served on Adicet Bio's board since the completion of the merger and chairs the Audit Committee. Since November 2011 he has been a Principal in SDA Ventures LLC, a firm assisting emerging-growth and middle-market companies primarily in health, wellness and nutritional products.
From 2006 until Martek Biosciences was acquired by Royal DSM in February 2011 he served as Martek's CEO and a director; he later served as President of DSM's Nutritional Lipids Division and as a Senior Advisor to DSM Nutritional Products. He joined Martek in 1992 and held roles including CFO, Treasurer, Secretary, General Counsel and President. He is a CPA and a member of the Maryland Bar, with a bachelor's in accounting from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from George Washington University.
