Paul E. Davis is Adeia's Chief Executive Officer and has served as a member of the Board since October 2022. He previously served as the company's Chief Legal Officer and President of its IP Licensing business, and as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Xperi Corporation before its 2020 merger with TiVo Corporation. Mr. Davis joined the company in 2011, was promoted in 2013 to Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Tessera Technologies, and was previously an M&A and corporate securities attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

V. Sue Molina has served on Adeia's Board since October 2022 and chairs the Audit Committee. She previously served on the boards of DTS, Inc. (2008-2016) and Xperi Corporation (2018-2020). Until 2004 she worked in public accounting for 27 years and was a partner at both Ernst & Young and Deloitte & Touche, where she served as the National Partner in charge of the Initiative for the Retention and Advancement of Women.

Daniel Moloney serves as Chairman of Adeia's Board, a role he has held since joining the Board in June 2020, and is a member of the Compensation Committee. Before that he served on the board of TiVo Corporation, the predecessor to Xperi Holding Corporation, from 2013 to 2020. Mr. Moloney is a co-founder of AlphaSpan Capital, was previously President of Motorola Mobility, and has nearly 30 years of senior executive management and technology experience.

Tonia O'Connor has served on Adeia's Board since December 2021, where she chairs the Compensation Committee and sits on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. She is co-founder of The Kite, a leadership development venture, and previously served as CEO of Tone It Up (2021-2023), CEO of Chopra Global (2019-2021), and President and Chief Revenue Officer at Univision Communications (2008-2018). She also serves on Syracuse University's Board of Trustees.

Adam Rymer has served on Adeia's Board since August 2023 and is a member of the Audit Committee. He is Chief Commercial Officer of Regal Cinemas, a role he has held since February 2025, and was previously President of Reason Advisory (2019-2025), Chief Product Officer of ProbablyMonsters, and CEO of OpTic Gaming/Envy Gaming. He began his career at Universal Studios Motion Picture Group, where he held roles including Senior Vice President of Digital Platforms.

Phyllis Turner-Brim has served on Adeia's Board since November 2023, where she chairs the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and is a member of the Compensation Committee. She is Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at HP Inc., leading legal support for HP's global business units. She previously led HP's global intellectual property function and held senior IP roles at Starbucks and Intellectual Ventures.

Sandeep Vij has served on Adeia's Board since 2025 and is a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. He is Managing Partner of Argean Capital, a private investment fund he co-founded in 2018. He previously served as President and CEO and a director of MIPS Technologies from 2010 until its sale in 2013, and as Vice President and General Manager of the Broadband and Consumer Division of Cavium Networks.

Keith A. Jones is Adeia's Chief Financial Officer, having joined the company in 2022. He previously served as Vice President of Finance and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Rambus, and earlier as its Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller. Before Rambus he was Worldwide Corporate Controller and Vice President of Finance at ShoreTel (2011-2018) and Chief Financial Officer at PDF Solutions (2003-2010), and began his career as an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche.

Kevin Tanji is Adeia's Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary; he previously served as the company's Senior Vice President and General Counsel, IP, until October 1, 2022. Earlier he was Senior Vice President, Commercial Legal Affairs of TiVo Corporation (2016-2020) and Director, Commercial Legal Affairs of Rovi Corporation (2010-2016), and began his legal career as a corporate finance attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

Dr. Mark Kokes is Adeia's Chief Revenue Officer, a role he assumed on January 26, 2026; from October 2022 to that date he served as Chief Licensing Officer and General Manager, Media, and he joined the company as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Media in 2021. He previously served as Chief Intellectual Property Officer for NantWorks and as Senior Vice President of Intellectual Property, Licensing and Standards at BlackBerry. Dr. Kokes is a named inventor on 14 U.S. and international patents and holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Southern Methodist University.

Dana Escobar served as Adeia's Chief Licensing Officer and General Manager, Semiconductor and was a named executive officer through fiscal 2025. He is identified in the company's 2025 proxy statement as a former Chief Licensing Officer and General Manager for the semiconductor business.
