Kevin Tanji is Adeia's Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. He previously served as the company's Senior Vice President and General Counsel, IP, until October 1, 2022.
Mr. Tanji served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Legal Affairs of TiVo Corporation, the predecessor to Xperi Holding Corporation, from 2016 to 2020, and as Director, Commercial Legal Affairs of Rovi Corporation from 2010 to 2016. Prior to 2010 he was a corporate finance attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
Mr. Tanji holds a B.S. in biology, summa cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley.
