David Maher President, Chief Executive Officer, Director

David Maher joined Acushnet in 1991 and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Acushnet Holdings Corp. and its operating subsidiary Acushnet Company in January 2018. From 2001 through 2017 he held a variety of roles at the company's Fairhaven, Massachusetts headquarters, including Vice President, Titleist U.S. Sales; Senior Vice President, Titleist Worldwide Sales and Global Operations; and Chief Operating Officer, after earlier field-sales roles in Northern California as a Titleist Sales Representative and Northwest Regional Director. He was selected to serve on the Board because of his extensive experience as an executive in the golf industry and holds a B.S. in Finance from Babson College.

Yoon Soo (Gene) Yoon has served as Chairman of Acushnet's Board of Directors since 2011 and has served as Honorary Chairman of Misto Holdings Corp. (formerly Fila Holdings Corp.) since February 2026, having previously been Chairman of Misto from 1994 to February 2026 and Chief Executive Officer of Misto from 1991 to March 2018. He served as Chairman of the board of Acushnet Company from 2011 to October 2016 and as President of Acushnet Holdings Corp. from 2011 to May 2016. He was selected to serve on the Board because of his knowledge and experience in the consumer products and sporting goods industries, and is the father of director Keun Chang (Kevin) Yoon.

Leanne Cunningham has served since July 2021 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Brown-Forman Corporation, the fifth largest global spirits company, where she is responsible for global financial planning and analysis, shareholder relations and all accounting and finance functions; she plans to retire from Brown-Forman on May 1, 2026. From 1995 through June 2021 she held a variety of roles at Brown-Forman, including SVP, Shareholder Relations (2019-2021), SVP, General Manager (2015-2019) overseeing production operations in over 13 countries, and VP, Finance Global Production (2013-2015). She was selected to serve on the Board because of her multi-faceted background, financial expertise and operational experience in the consumer products industry.

Gregory Hewett Director

Gregory Hewett is the principal of GH Consulting LLC, a private consultancy for businesses and institutional investors that he founded in March 2015. Prior to that he served in various capacities at The Blackstone Group L.P. from August 2005 through February 2015, most recently as a Senior Managing Director, and before Blackstone he was a director in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse First Boston, which he joined in 2000 when it acquired Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he had been an Associate; he began his career practicing law at Bryan Cave LLP. He was selected to serve on the Board because of his multi-faceted background and knowledge in finance, business strategy and management, and chairs the Audit Committee.

Ho Yeon (Aaron) Lee has been the Chief Financial Officer of Misto since September 2021 and Head of Misto's Corporate Strategy Office since January 2018, and has served as President of Magnus Holdings Corp. since March 2021 and as a member of the board of Misto Luxembourg S.a.r.l. since 2019. Prior to joining Misto in 2016, he worked at Samsung Bioepis Co., Ltd., where he assisted in the development and commercialization of biopharmaceutical products. He was selected to serve on the Board because of his financial expertise, operational experience and knowledge in the consumer products and sporting goods industries.

Jan Singer Director

Jan Singer served as Chief Executive Officer of J. Keun Chang (Kevin) Yoon has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Misto since March 2018, and from July 2016 to March 2018 served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Misto's Strategic Planning and Footwear Division. He also served Misto and its subsidiaries in multiple roles from February 2009 to October 2016, including Manager of Footwear Sourcing and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Misto U.S.A. Inc. Prior to joining the company he served as EVP and CFO of SiriusXM Holdings, Inc. from October 2020, and before that as EVP and CFO of AMC Networks, Inc. from 2011 to September 2020, Chief Corporate Officer of RMH (2010-2011), CFO of HiT Entertainment (2009-2010) and CFO and President of the Commercial Print and Packaging division of Cenveo, Inc. (2005-2008). From October 2016 to June 2023 he served on Acushnet's board of directors, and he holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.

Steven Pelisek joined Acushnet in 1993 and was appointed President, Titleist Golf Clubs in 2016. Prior to that he held positions at the company of General Manager, Titleist Golf Clubs and Vice President, Club Sales for both the Titleist and Cobra golf club brands, and he has also held Marketing and Field Sales positions with the company and with Lynx Golf. Prior to joining the company he was Vice President and Global Franchise Leader for Hasbro's Transformers Global Brand from 2012 to 2014, President of Karhu Holdings BV from 2008 to 2012, and held senior general management and strategy positions with Converse Inc. (a subsidiary of Nike, Inc.), with earlier experience in Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division and general management roles at Reebok International Ltd. He holds a B.A. in Economics and History from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Duke University.

Christopher Lindner President, FootJoy

Christopher Lindner joined Acushnet and was appointed President, FootJoy in 2016. Prior to joining the company he held positions at Wolverine Worldwide Inc. from 2010 to 2016, including President of Keds and Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of North America Sales for Saucony, and before 2010 held various positions with Nike, Inc., including Vice President of Global Marketing for Converse and Vice President of Global Marketing for Bauer Hockey, as well as leadership positions with Electronic Arts. Brendan Reidy Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer

Brendan Reidy joined Acushnet in January 2019 and was appointed Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer in February 2021, having previously served as the company's Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer from January 2019 to February 2021. Prior to joining the company he was Vice President, Human Resources - Organizational Effectiveness at Biogen, Inc. from January 2015 to April 2018, and earlier worked at The Procter & Gamble Company and Gillette in a number of HR positions, including Country HR Manager for Costa Rica and leader of integration projects for the P&G-Gillette combination. He holds a B.A. in English from Stonehill College.
