John (Jay) Duke, Jr. joined Acushnet and was appointed President, Golf Gear in 2014. Prior to joining the company he was Vice President and Global Franchise Leader for Hasbro's Transformers Global Brand from 2012 to 2014, President of Karhu Holdings BV from 2008 to 2012, and held senior general management and strategy positions with Converse Inc. (a subsidiary of Nike, Inc.), with earlier experience in Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division and general management roles at Reebok International Ltd. He holds a B.A. in Economics and History from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Duke University.
