Dr. Samuel M. Zentman has been a director of Acorn Energy since November 2004 and serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation and Nominating Committees; the Board has determined he qualifies as an audit committee financial expert. From 1980 to 2006 he was president and chief executive officer of a privately held textile firm, where he had also served as vice president of finance and administration from 1978 to 1980, and from 1973 to 1978 he served in various roles in the Information Systems department at American Motors Corporation, including Director of the Corporate Data Center. He holds a Ph.D. in Complex Analysis and serves on the board of Klotho Neurosciences and several national charitable education organizations.

Gary Mohr has served as a director of Acorn Energy since August 2018 and is a member of the Audit, Compensation and Nominating Committees. He is President of UE Systems, Incorporated, an international technology company specializing in plant asset reliability through ultrasound. He joined UE Systems in 1988 as a salesman and advanced through regional sales manager, National Sales Manager and Vice President to President, helping grow the company from a national brand into an international business with offices in Toronto, Mexico City, Hong Kong, India and the Netherlands serving customers that include Fortune 500 companies.

Michael F. Osterer has served as a director of Acorn Energy since August 2018, after advising the Board from October 2017, and is a member of the Audit, Compensation and Nominating Committees. He founded UE Systems, Incorporated in 1973 and has served as its Chairman since then (and as President from 1973 to 1985). He also founded Libom Oil (an oil exploration, drilling and purchasing company, President since 1987), Radon Testing Corporation of America (founded 1985) and Westchester Consultants, a business consultancy recognized for food-product branding. He served in the United States Air Force/Air National Guard, 105th Airborne Division, from 1964 to 1970, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Fordham University with a B.A. in Social Sciences.

Peter Rabover has served as a director of Acorn Energy since March 2023. He is currently CFO and Corporate Secretary of Grodivo.ai, a corporate-culture measurement software company, and has been Managing Director of Artko Capital LP, a microcap-focused investment partnership he founded in 2015, for over a decade. Before founding Artko Capital he worked as an analyst at Scharf Investments (2012-2014) and Hahn Capital Management (2005-2011), served in the U.S. Peace Corps in Kazakhstan (2003-2005), and began his career as an auditor at United States Steel Corporation (2001-2003). He holds an undergraduate degree from Duquesne University and an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business, and is a CFA charterholder.

Jan H. Loeb has served as Acorn Energy's President and Chief Executive Officer since January 28, 2016 and as Acting CEO of the company's OmniMetrix operating subsidiary since December 1, 2019; he joined the Board in August 2015. He brings more than 40 years of money management and investment banking experience and has been Managing Member of Leap Tide Capital Management LLC since 2007. Earlier he was a Portfolio Manager at Chesapeake Partners (2004-2005), a Managing Director at Jefferies & Company (2002-2004) and a Managing Director at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (formerly Wasserstein Perella, 1994-2001). He has served on numerous public-company boards, including American Pacific Corporation, Pernix Therapeutics Holdings, TAT Technologies and Keweenaw Land Association, and currently serves as President, Executive Chairman and board member of NovelStem International Corp and as a board member of Gyrodyne, LLC.

Tracy S. Clifford has served as Acorn Energy's Chief Financial Officer since June 1, 2018 and as Chief Operating Officer of OmniMetrix since December 1, 2019, providing her services through a consulting agreement with her firm, Tracy Clifford Consulting, LLC, which she has led since June 2015. From October 1999 to May 2015 she served as CFO, Principal Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller and Secretary for a publicly traded pharmaceutical company and a publicly traded REIT, and earlier held accounting leadership roles at United Healthcare (Atlanta) and the North Broward Hospital District, and worked on the audit team of Deloitte & Touche (Miami). She has served on the board of NovelStem International Corp since July 2018. She holds a B.S. in accounting from the College of Charleston and an MBA in finance from Georgia State University, is a licensed CPA in South Carolina, and holds an AICPA certification in the fundamentals of forensic accounting.

Harold M. Jarrett Jr. founded OmniMetrix in 1998 and serves as its Chief Technology Officer, with more than 25 years devoted to remote monitoring and control systems. He began experimenting with remote data systems in 1996 after working for Hughes Aircraft Company and has worked with every major generator brand to advance monitoring technology. He personally oversees the ongoing development of the OmniMetrix product line. He earned a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
