Tracy S. Clifford has served as Acorn Energy's Chief Financial Officer since June 1, 2018 and as Chief Operating Officer of OmniMetrix since December 1, 2019, providing her services through a consulting agreement with her firm, Tracy Clifford Consulting, LLC, which she has led since June 2015. From October 1999 to May 2015 she served as CFO, Principal Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller and Secretary for a publicly traded pharmaceutical company and a publicly traded REIT, and earlier held accounting leadership roles at United Healthcare (Atlanta) and the North Broward Hospital District, and worked on the audit team of Deloitte & Touche (Miami). She has served on the board of NovelStem International Corp since July 2018. She holds a B.S. in accounting from the College of Charleston and an MBA in finance from Georgia State University, is a licensed CPA in South Carolina, and holds an AICPA certification in the fundamentals of forensic accounting.
