Dr. Dhrupad Trivedi joined A10 Networks in December 2019 as President and Chief Executive Officer, was appointed to the board that same month, and became Chairperson of the board in September 2020. From March 2013 to November 2019 he served as President, Network Solutions – Industrial IT/IoT and Cybersecurity at Belden Inc. (NYSE: BDC), where he had also been a Corporate Vice President from January 2010 to March 2013, and earlier held multiple general management and corporate development roles at JDS Uniphase Corporation. He holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a master's in electrical engineering from the University of Alabama, and an MBA in finance from Duke University.

Tor R. Braham has served on A10's board since March 2018 and is a longtime technology dealmaker and attorney. He was Managing Director and Global Head of Technology Mergers and Acquisitions at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. from 2004 to November 2012, and Managing Director and Co-Head of West Coast U.S. Technology M&A at Credit Suisse First Boston from 2000 to 2004, having earlier worked as an investment banker at Warburg Dillon Read and as an attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He currently serves on the board of IAC, Inc. (Nasdaq: IAC) and has held numerous other public-company directorships including Viavi Solutions, NetApp, Yahoo!, Altaba and Sigma Designs; he holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from Columbia College.

Peter Y. Chung has served on A10's board since June 2013. He is a Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the private-equity firm Summit Partners, L.P., where he has been employed since 1994. He currently serves as a director of MACOM Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: MTSI) and several private companies, and previously served on the board of Acacia Communications, Inc. from 2013 to 2021; he holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and an A.B. in economics from Harvard University.

Eric Singer has served on A10's board since July 2019 and as lead independent director since September 2021. He founded and was Managing Member of the securities investment firm VIEX Capital Advisors, LLC from 2014 to December 2022, and since January 2023 has been Chief Executive Officer of Immersion Corporation (Nasdaq: IMMR), where he had been a director since March 2020 and Executive Chairman from August 2020 to January 2023. He currently sits on the boards of Barnes & Noble Education and Universal Electronics tied to Immersion's ownership positions, and previously served on numerous public-company boards including Quantum Corporation, Support.com, Meru Networks, PLX Technology and Sigma Designs; he holds a B.A. from Brandeis University.

Dana Wolf has served on A10's board since June 2022 and is a cybersecurity entrepreneur with more than 18 years in the security space. She is currently Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder and a board member of YeshID, an identity and access management provider, and previously served as Senior Vice President of Product & Marketing at Fastly Inc. (NYSE: FSLY) from August 2017 to November 2021 and as Head of Product for the cloud security product lines at OpenDNS, Inc. (acquired by Cisco) from August 2013 to August 2017, along with product and engineering leadership roles at Rapid7 and RSA Security. She holds a B.A. from Lawrence University and an MBA (High Tech) from Northeastern University.

Michelle Caron has served as A10 Networks' Chief Financial Officer since September 2025 (effective September 24, 2025). She previously spent roughly 15 years across Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR) businesses, serving as Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Beckman Coulter Life Sciences from June 2021 to September 2025 and as a Global Financial Officer at Pall Corporation from July 2019 to June 2021, and earlier held CFO and finance roles at Phenomenex, Philips Healthcare and Stryker Biotech. A certified public accountant with more than 20 years of finance leadership experience, she holds an MBA from Southern Connecticut State University.

Sheen Khoury served as A10 Networks' Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales & Marketing from June 2025 until his termination effective April 27, 2026. He brought more than 30 years of sales leadership experience, having served as Vice President, Global Software Sales and Morpheus Sales at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE) from June 2023 to June 2025 and as Chief Revenue Officer of OpsRamp from July 2020 to June 2023 (acquired by HPE in 2023), along with senior sales roles at Virtana, Vyatta (a Brocade company), Aerohive Networks, Citrix (NetScaler), Exodus and Oracle. He is a graduate of Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business.

Scott Weber has served as A10 Networks' General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since June 2022 and has over thirty years of legal experience. From July 2019 to June 2022 he was Senior Director / Associate General Counsel at Workday, Inc. (Nasdaq: WDAY), supporting its North America large-sales organization and global contracts operations, and before that served as General Counsel of Lumina Networks and spent roughly ten years leading Juniper Networks' Asian legal department from Singapore. He holds a J.D. from Southern Methodist University and a B.A. from Emory University.
