Tor R. Braham has served on A10's board since March 2018 and is a longtime technology dealmaker and attorney. He was Managing Director and Global Head of Technology Mergers and Acquisitions at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. from 2004 to November 2012, and Managing Director and Co-Head of West Coast U.S. Technology M&A at Credit Suisse First Boston from 2000 to 2004, having earlier worked as an investment banker at Warburg Dillon Read and as an attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He currently serves on the board of IAC, Inc. (Nasdaq: IAC) and has held numerous other public-company directorships including Viavi Solutions, NetApp, Yahoo!, Altaba and Sigma Designs; he holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from Columbia College.
