Alison Gleeson has served on the 8x8 board since August 2021, where she chairs the Compensation Committee and serves on the Technology & Cybersecurity Committee.
She is a Special Advisor and Portfolio Committee Member at investment firm Brighton Park Capital since January 2020. She previously spent more than 20 years at Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO), including as Senior Vice President of the Americas from 2014 to 2018 - Cisco's largest geographic region, responsible for more than $25 billion in annual sales and nearly 9,000 employees across 35 countries. She currently serves on the boards of Elastic N.V. (NYSE: ESTC) and ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: ZI).
