Dr. Jaswinder Pal Singh has served on the 8x8 board since 2013 and as Board Chairman since December 2020, chairing no committee but sitting on the Strategic Investment, Governance and Nominating, and Technology & Cybersecurity committees. He is a Professor of Computer Science at Princeton University, which he joined in 1995, and co-directs the Princeton Center for the Decentralization of Power Through Blockchain Technology; his research focuses on parallel computing systems. He holds a B.S.E. from Princeton University and an M.S. and Ph.D. from Stanford University.

Monique Bonner has served on the 8x8 board since 2018 and chairs the Governance and Nominating Committee while serving on the Compensation Committee. She was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Akamai Technologies from 2016 to March 2021 and an executive advisor to Akamai through March 2022, and earlier spent 16 years at Dell Technologies in sales, operations, strategy and marketing roles. She holds a B.A. from Middlebury College and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Andrew Burton joined the 8x8 board in June 2024 and chairs the Strategic Investment Committee while serving on the Audit and Technology & Cybersecurity committees. He was Chief Executive Officer of commercetools GmbH from July 2024 to October 2025 and President and Chief Operating Officer of Rapid7 (NASDAQ: RPD) from February 2019 to 2024, having joined Rapid7 in 2015 when it acquired Logentries, where he was CEO. He holds a B.S. from Oregon State University, an M.S. in Information Systems from University College Dublin, and an MBA from Boston College.

Todd Ford has served on the 8x8 board since 2019, chairing the Audit Committee and sitting on the Compensation and Strategic Investment committees. He is a general partner at Windproof Partners, an enterprise-software advisory and investment firm, since September 2025, and previously served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Coupa Software, where he held positions of increasing responsibility from May 2015 through March 2022 before serving as President and CFO from April 2022 to February 2023. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Santa Clara University.

Alison Gleeson joined the 8x8 board in August 2021 and chairs the Compensation Committee while serving on the Technology & Cybersecurity Committee. She is a Special Advisor and Portfolio Committee Member at investment firm Brighton Park Capital since January 2020, and previously spent more than 20 years at Cisco Systems (NASDAQ: CSCO), including as Senior Vice President of the Americas from 2014 to 2018 overseeing more than $25 billion in annual sales. She also serves on the boards of Elastic N.V. (NYSE: ESTC) and ZoomInfo Technologies (NASDAQ: ZI), and holds a B.A. in Marketing from Michigan State University.

Elizabeth Theophille has served on the 8x8 board since 2019, chairing the Technology & Cybersecurity Committee and serving on the Governance and Nominating Committee. She is Chief Digital Officer of Sandoz Group AG since June 2025 and CEO of the consulting firm EHT Consulting GmbH, which she founded in February 2023, and previously served as Chief Technology Transformation Officer of Novartis AG (NYSE: NVS) from November 2020 to January 2023. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the International Management Center in Buckingham, United Kingdom.

John Pagliuca joined the 8x8 board in November 2024 and serves on the Audit Committee. He has been Chief Executive Officer of N-able, Inc. (NYSE: NABL), a provider of cloud-based software for managed service providers, since January 2020. He holds a B.S. from Babson College.

Samuel Wilson has served as Chief Executive Officer and a director of 8x8 since May 2023, after serving as Interim CEO from November 2022, Chief Financial Officer from June 2020 to November 2022, Chief Customer Officer and Managing Director of EMEA in 2020, and Senior Vice President over e-commerce and U.S. mid-market sales from September 2017. Before joining 8x8 he was VP Finance at MobileIron from 2011 to 2017 and served in the U.S. Army as an Airborne, Air Assault and Ranger-qualified soldier. A Chartered Financial Analyst, he holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Seattle University and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Kevin Kraus has served as Chief Financial Officer of 8x8 since June 2023, after serving as Interim CFO from November 2022 and as Senior Vice President of Finance from October 2019, with responsibility for financial reporting, planning and procurement. He previously was VP Finance at Imperva from February 2018 to May 2019 and Senior Director of Finance at Gigamon from January 2015 to September 2017. A Certified Public Accountant, he holds a B.S. in accounting from Rutgers University and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University.

Hunter Middleton has served as Chief Product Officer of 8x8 since August 2021, having joined as SVP of Product and Design in March 2018. He was previously Vice President and Head of Product Management at Jive Software from February 2016 to September 2017 and Head of Product Management for Google for Work Systems, leading the Google Apps Enterprise product team. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Princeton University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University.

Laurence Denny has served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of 8x8 since December 2022, after joining in April 2019 as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel and serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel through 2022. He was previously Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Extreme Networks in early 2019 and at TiVo Corporation (formerly Rovi Corporation) from September 2016 to January 2019. A member of the State Bar of California, he holds a B.A. from the University of California, Irvine and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.

Suzy Seandel served as Chief Accounting Officer of 8x8 from May 2022 until her resignation in 2026 (announced March 2026, effective mid-2026). She was previously VP, Corporate Controller at Barracuda Networks from February 2019 to May 2022 and Chief Accounting Officer at Cavium (formerly Nasdaq: CAVM) from January 2007 to October 2018, and earlier spent nearly five years at Deloitte & Touche in assurance and audit. A California Certified Public Accountant, she holds a B.S. in Finance from Santa Clara University.

Colleen Martin-Garcia joined 8x8 on July 6, 2026 as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer and was appointed the company's principal accounting officer on July 29, 2026, succeeding Suzy Seandel. She was previously Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of CareDx (Nasdaq: CDNA) from October 2024 to April 2026 and held senior finance roles at Carbon, Inc. from 2019 to 2024, with earlier positions at Polycom and Plantronics and the start of her career at KPMG. A California Certified Public Accountant (inactive), she holds an M.S. in Accountancy from San Jose State University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
