Todd A. Dagres served as a member of 1stDibs' board of directors since December 2012 (per the May 2021 S-1) and elected to transition off the board upon the effectiveness of the 2021 IPO registration statement.
Mr. Dagres is a co-founder and general partner of Spark Capital, a venture capital firm, and a co-founder and chairperson of Liteboxer, a connected fitness company. He was previously a general partner at Battery Ventures and earlier a senior technology analyst at Montgomery Securities, Smith Barney and Yankee Group.
He holds a B.S. in Psychology from Trinity College and an M.B.A. from Boston University. (Age 60 as of the May 2021 S-1.)
