Ross A. Paul served as 1stDibs' Chief Technology Officer since January 2012 and was a named executive officer. On June 26, 2023, the company determined his employment would be terminated as part of a workforce reduction, effective June 30, 2023, and entered into an advisory agreement under which he advised the company until December 31, 2023.
Prior to joining 1stDibs, Mr. Paul worked for MLB.com from October 2005 to December 2011, where he served as Vice President of Engineering, helping develop programs including its stat-casting application, real-time pitch classifier and live mobile streaming-video platform (per the 2021 S-1).
He holds a B.A. in Computational Neuroscience from Cornell University. (Age 42 as of the May 2021 S-1.)
