Paula J. Volent has served as a member of 1stDibs' board of directors since June 2021. She chairs the nominating and corporate governance committee and is a member of the audit committee.
Since August 2021, Ms. Volent has served as Chief Investment Officer of Rockefeller University. She previously served as Senior Vice President for Investments and Chief Investment Officer of Bowdoin College from January 2006 to July 2021, as Vice President for Investments of Bowdoin College from January 2002 to January 2006, and as Associate Treasurer at Bowdoin College from July 2000 to December 2002.
She holds an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management, a Master of Arts from the Institute of Fine Arts, New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Hampshire.
