Lori A. Hickok has served as a member of 1stDibs' board of directors since June 2021. She chairs the audit committee and is a member of the compensation committee, and the board has determined she qualifies as an audit committee financial expert.
Since August 2018, Ms. Hickok has served as a director for CarGurus, Inc. She served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Development Officer for Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. from July 2017 to April 2018, as Scripps's Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer from March 2015 to June 2017, and Executive Vice President, Finance from July 2008 to February 2015. Prior to Scripps's spin off from The E.W. Scripps Company on July 1, 2008, she served as E.W. Scripps's Vice President and Corporate Controller from January 2002 to June 2008.
She is a retired certified public accountant and received a B.S. in Accounting & Finance from Miami University.
