Everette Taylor has served as a member of 1stDibs' board of directors since February 2024 and is a member of the compensation committee. He was designated a Class I director upon his appointment effective February 13, 2024.
Mr. Taylor has been Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Kickstarter, PBC, a crowdfunding platform for creative projects, since September 2022. Before Kickstarter, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Artsy (Art.sy, Inc.), an online art marketplace, from December 2019 to September 2022, and as Chief Executive Officer of PopSocial from 2016 to 2019 (per the proxy; the appointment 8-K describes the PopSocial CEO role as July 2016 to December 2019). He has also held senior marketing and executive positions at Skurt and Qualaroo, and co-founded GrowthHackers. In 2013 he founded ET Enterprises, a portfolio that includes PopSocial, MilliSense, ArtX and GrowthHackers.
He holds an honorary doctorate degree from Shaw University.
