Deven J. Parekh served as a member of 1stDibs' board of directors since 2015 (per the May 2021 S-1) and elected to transition off the board upon the effectiveness of the 2021 IPO registration statement.
Mr. Parekh joined Insight Partners, a venture capital and private equity firm, in January 2000 and has served as a Managing Director since January 2001. He serves as board chair for Appriss Inc. and EveryAction and on numerous other private company boards.
He holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. (Age 51 as of the May 2021 S-1.)
