Christopher J. Murphy III is Executive Chairman of 1st Source Corporation and 1st Source Bank, a role he assumed in 2025 after stepping down as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He has served as a director since 1972 and has over 53 years of banking and business experience with 1st Source, having previously worked at Citibank and, while in college, for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency at the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

Timothy K. Ozark is Chairman of TKO Finance Corporation, a lender to financial services and manufacturing companies, and formerly was Chairman and CEO of Aim Financial Corporation, a mezzanine funding and leasing firm he founded. A director of 1st Source since 1999, he brings 46 years of financial experience and serves as Lead Director of White Lodging Corporation.

Todd F. Schurz is Senior Advisor and former President and Chief Executive Officer of Schurz Communications, Inc., a diversified communications, broadband and cloud services company. A 1st Source director since 2020, he has 34 years of business experience and serves as an independent director of Herschend Enterprises.

Andrea G. Short is President and Chief Executive Officer of 1st Source Corporation, a role she assumed in 2025, and also Chief Executive Officer of 1st Source Bank. She joined the company in roles dating back to 2013 as Executive Vice President, Treasurer and CFO, became a director in 2023, and previously worked at Crowe LLP and First of America Bank (now PNC).

Melody Birmingham is Executive Vice President of NiSource, Inc. and Group President of NiSource Utilities, with profit-and-loss responsibility for six regulated electric and natural gas operating companies. Mark D. Schwabero is the retired Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Brunswick Corporation, from which he retired in 2018. A 1st Source director since 2004, he has nearly 43 years of experience in the automotive, marine and commercial vehicle manufacturing industries, and serves as Director and Chairman of the Board of Methode Electronics, Inc.

Ronda Shrewsbury is President and Chief Executive Officer of RealAmerica, LLC, a real estate development and property management company she founded. A 1st Source director since 2021, she has over 34 years of experience in multifamily, commercial, land and office development.

John F. Affleck-Graves is Professor Emeritus at the University of Notre Dame, where he previously served as Chaired Professor of Finance and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2004 to June 2019. A 1st Source director since 2019, he also serves as a director of Aunalytics, Inc. and has authored over 50 finance research articles.

Daniel B. Fitzpatrick is the founder, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Quality Dining, Inc., a multi-concept restaurant operator. A 1st Source director since 1995, he has 44 years of business experience and serves as the company's Lead Director.

Christopher J. Murphy IV is co-founder, Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Catharsis Productions, LLC, a training programs company. A 1st Source director since 2011, he has 26 years of business experience and is the son of Christopher J. Murphy III and brother of Kevin C. Murphy.
