Brett A. Bauer initially joined the Bank as a Corporate Trainee in 1999 and became a Trust Investment Analyst in 2000. He moved to Tokyo in 2002 to work for Bear Stearns Japan Ltd. until returning to South Bend in 2006, rejoining 1st Source's Funds Management Division as an Investment Analyst.
