About this deal

Warner Bros. All3Media operates in Content production, is based in London, U.K. (with operations in the U.S., Germany, the Netherlands and New Zealand), had revenue of about approximately GBP 505 million (fiscal year ended August 2013). The partners committed to preserve All3Media's creative independence, with the group continuing to operate under its own name and management while gaining strategic support from Discovery and Liberty Global.
