Shosp (Shosp Tecnologia da Informacao Ltda.) provides clinical management software covering the functionality clinics across Brazil need to manage financials, patient appointments, medical records and marketing. Afya acquired 100% for R$7,901 thousand (R$5,855 cash, R$454 consideration to be transferred, plus a contingent earn-out with present value of R$1,592). It reinforces the Digital Services segment.
