Speedpay generated more than $350 million in revenue and $90 million in adjusted EBITDA in 2018.

The acquisition strengthened ACI's leadership in the U.S. bill-pay market and was expected to enhance ACI On Demand profitability while funding increased R&D and platform investment; ACI planned to unify the Speedpay and UP Bill Payment platforms.
