Retail Decisions (ReD) operates in Fraud / eCommerce risk management, is based in Brookwood, England (global operations), had revenue of about Expected to add about $18 million in revenue and $4 million in adjusted EBITDA for the remainder of 2014. ACI acquired Retail Decisions (Retail Decisions Europe Limited and Retail Decisions, Inc.), a leader in payments fraud-prevention and eCommerce risk management, for an all-cash purchase price of $205 million. Brookwood, England-based ReD served more than 1,500 retailers, issuers, acquirers, processors and switch networks globally, bringing consortium fraud models, business-intelligence and analytics capabilities to ACI's fraud portfolio just as EMV migration was pushing more fraud into card-not-present channels.
ReD strengthened ACI's leadership in the fast-growing payments risk-management space and, combined with ACI's Universal Payments technology, enabled an omni-channel merchant solution with integrated fraud management delivered on-premise or as SaaS.
