Michelle D. Livingstone was appointed to Werner Enterprises' Board in May 2022 and initially elected by stockholders in May 2023, contributing extensive transportation leadership experience.
She is the founder and CEO of M. D. Livingstone Consulting, LLC, established in 2022 to provide supply chain solution consultation, and teaches at the Transportation and Supply Chain Institute at the University of Denver. She retired in 2021 as Vice President - Transportation of The Home Depot, which she joined in 2007. Earlier she was Senior Vice President - Transportation for C&S Wholesale Grocers (2005-2007), Vice President - Transportation for J.C. Penney (2002-2005), and a transportation leader at Kraft Foods (1985-2002).
