(and its President and COO from 1994 to 1997), and earlier spent 22 years with Baxter International Inc., rising from Financial Analyst to President and Chief Operating Officer.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School, and served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy.
