Dr. Esther M. Alegria has been a director of STERIS since 2023 and chairs the Compliance and Technology Committee while also serving on the Nominating and Governance Committee. She has more than 25 years of biopharmaceutical experience advancing vaccines and therapeutic drugs from R&D through commercialization, and currently serves as an Executive Consultant and Advisor with The LaSalle Group.

Pierre Boulud joined the STERIS board in 2026 after being appointed by the Board in May 2026 when it expanded from nine to ten members. He is the Chief Executive Officer of bioMerieux, a biotechnology company focused on in vitro diagnostics, cancer screening and consumer safety, a role he has held since June 2023.

Daniel A. Carestio has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of STERIS since July 2021 and has been a director since 2021. He joined STERIS in September 1997 and previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and in senior leadership roles across the company's sterilization and life sciences businesses.

Cynthia L. Feldmann has been a director of STERIS since 2005 and chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee while also serving on the Audit Committee. A retired certified public accountant with 27 years at two large global accounting firms, she was Partner-in-Charge of KPMG's National Medical Technologies Practice and founder and President of Jetty Lane Associates.

Christopher S. Holland has been a director of STERIS since 2020 and chairs the Compensation and Organization Development Committee while also serving on the Audit Committee. He is the former Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of C.R. Bard and has over thirty years of combined experience as a finance executive and investment banker.

Paul E. Martin has been a director of STERIS since 2021 and serves on the Audit Committee and the Compensation and Organization Development Committee. He is the former Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Baxter International and brings extensive information-technology and security-risk experience to the board.

Dr. Nirav R. Shah has been a director of STERIS since 2018 and serves on the Compensation and Organization Development Committee and the Compliance and Technology Committee. He is a Senior Scholar at Stanford University and formerly served as Commissioner of Health of the State of New York and as Chief Operating Officer for Clinical Operations at Kaiser Permanente Southern California.

Louis A. Shapiro has been a director of STERIS since 2025 and serves on the Audit Committee and the Compliance and Technology Committee. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Hospital for Special Surgery from 2006 until his retirement in 2023 and is now a Senior Advisor to private equity firm General Atlantic.

Dr. Mohsen M. Sohi has been a director of STERIS since 2005 and has served as Chairman of the Board since 2018. He is the former Chief Executive Officer of Freudenberg SE, a multi-industry company, a role he held from 2012 until his retirement in 2025, and serves on the Nominating and Governance Committee.

Karen L. Burton has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of STERIS since August 2025. She joined STERIS in September 2004 and previously served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer from January 2017 to August 2025 and as Controller from January 2017 to December 2023.

Mary Clare Fraser has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of STERIS since May 2022, having joined the company in July 2020 as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. From 2003 to 2020 she held various positions with Parker-Hannifin Corporation, most recently as Vice President Human Resources of its Aerospace Group.

Kenneth E. Kohler has served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, AST since February 2024. He joined STERIS in May 1988 and previously served as Vice President and General Manager of AST Americas from November 2015 to February 2024.

Julia K. Madsen has served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Life Sciences since July 2020. She joined STERIS in September 1995 and previously served as Vice President and General Manager Life Sciences, Consumables from August 2015 to July 2020.

Cary L. Majors has served as Senior Vice President and President, Healthcare since August 2022. He joined STERIS in April 2003 and previously served as Senior Vice President, Americas Commercial Operations and as Vice President, North America Commercial Operations.

Lindsey M. McGowan has served as Chief Compliance and Quality Officer since January 2026. She joined STERIS in May 2006 and previously served as Vice President, Quality from September 2023 to December 2025 and as Vice President, AST Quality Operations from September 2019 to September 2023.

Renato G. Tamaro has served as Vice President and Corporate Treasurer since August 2017. He joined STERIS in August 2003 and previously served as Assistant Treasurer from March 2006 to July 2017.

J. Adam Zangerle has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Company Secretary since July 2018. He joined STERIS in November 1997 and previously served as Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary from July 2013 to July 2018.

Michael J. Tokich is a Senior Financial Advisor to STERIS and a named executive officer for fiscal 2026. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer until his resignation from that role effective August 2025, after which he transitioned into a senior financial advisory role under a Transition Agreement dated August 5, 2025.
